Sao Ek Ceremony
The monks arrive at dawn to bless the land. Sacred string is strung around the plot, offerings are laid, and the first post is struck into the earth. A beginning made with intention.
Foundations
Concrete foundation beams and rebar columns take shape across all four villa plots. The footprint of each home emerges from the earth — you can walk the rooms for the first time.
Ground Floor Structure
Columns rise, beams span, formwork fills the sky. The concrete frame of the ground floor is cast and the structure finds its height. The villas begin to stand on their own.
Upper Floor & Roof
Brickwork climbs between the concrete columns. The upper floor takes form and the roof slab is poured. From here you can see the mountains — and the sea.
Plastering & Rendering
Interior and exterior walls are rendered by hand. The rough structure disappears under smooth plaster. Rooms stop feeling like construction sites and start feeling like rooms.
Tiling Doors & Kitchen
Stone floors are laid, timber door frames are fitted, the concrete kitchen counter is formed. The materials that will be lived with every day are going in.
Fixtures Paint & Handover
Final fit-out. Paint, fixtures, pool filled, landscaping done. Keys handed over. Four homes, ready.
