I’ve spent years in Thailand and many weekends you’ll find me in Pak Nam Pran—road bike before sunrise into the national park, then kitesurfing early afternoon when the wind fills in. My family and I live in Chiang Mai, and during the smoky season we wanted a real home-away-from-home with good air, ocean light, and space to move.
PRAN FOUR is that idea made real: a tiny neighborhood of four design-forward pool villas where sea breeze meets mountain calm.

We’re not a resort. We’re building just four homes so each one gets proper attention—orientation to sun and wind, deep shade where it matters, privacy without tall walls, and indoor–outdoor spaces that feel like an exhale.

• Permits & land right: designs done, permits in; the land was filled years ago and left to settle, and the Chanote is divided into four equal plots.
   
• Local craft: built with an experienced Pran Buri crew (Pongsak’s team) and engineer-approved drawings.
   
• Future-ready: EV conduits to the carport, clean grounding and safety, solar pre-wire, and fiber runs planned from day one.
   
• Human scale: four homes means fewer trade-offs and better oversight—mine included.
   

Stage 1 is underway (est. ~45 days): site prep → footings & ground beams → underground conduits → ground-floor slab poured. We’re also finalizing the carport setback and entry court so arrivals are smooth for SUVs and pickups.
